Making a full ($250.00) Team Purchase: select TEAM BUY and schools in the drop down menu. This will add $225.00 to the first $25.00 for a total of $250.00. This selection will give everyone on the team roster listed in the program a DVD (up to 25 team members). A free DVD for the Head Coach and school will be provided in addition to the team roster count. (More DVDs can be purchased for $10.00 each on this same order by requesting the number needed and manually adjusting the invoice for the additional DVDs in the special comments field of the order form). One parent or assistant coach who coordinates the team purchase will also receive a free DVD. The order will be shipped to the designated address, or may be picked up at the Catholic League Office. Parents that would like to buy multiple DVDs for a discounted order: Use our coupon code system for individual orders.

Order 5 DVDs and use the coupon code at check out lax5 and receive a 20% discount off the invoice. That’s $20.00 each. Coupons are not valid for TEAM BUYS

Credit Cards

We accept Credit Card payments through PayPal's secure site Only  (A PayPal account is not required). The email address to use when sending payment using your credit card is (sales@finalsdvd.com).  If you currently have a PayPal account you may use your PayPal balance, credit card, e-check, or wallet transaction.

Cash, Checks and Money Orders

You may also select the option to  PRINT and MAIL the invoice with your payment to our address printed on the invoice form; or simply Print-out & bring the invoice and your payment with you on Saturday and give it to Ken Kolb, cell (313) 268-3122. He will be in the press box near the camera.
